Be our hero during our annual Hero Walk & Run for autism!

Lace up your sneakers and get your cape ready! Every September, the Autism Society hosts a community walk in support of children and adults with autism in the Capital Region. This family-friendly event includes live entertainment, food, and exhibitors. The Walk is the Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region’s primary source of income. The funds raised here, stay here!

For the past fifteen years, the Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region has hosted a celebratory walk to bring our community together. In recent years, we’ve adopted a superhero theme to celebrate the triumphs of the children and adults with autism and their families. Attendees wear creative costumes, design custom shirts, and enjoy a fun and active morning in the park.

The 2019 Hero Walk and Run for Autism was held on Saturday, September 21st. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed on the 2020 Gala and other events!
